From the Brewer
All of our Beers here at Henry’s Brewery & Grill are brewed with nothing but the highest quality of malted barley, the world’s most expensive hops, and the freshest German and British yeast strains available. We do not add sugars and other cheap adjuncts found in other beers in the area, this would forego our product’s quality assurance that I, as a Master Brewer, have come to endear.
Here at Henry’s, we do filter most of our products, with a few brews being the exception when their individual style parameters call for it. One of the only “cloudy” beers one would find here for example would be a Hefeweizen. An overabundance of yeast in the product changes the beer’s consistency in flavor on a daily basis. And I firmly believe consistency is key to you enjoying the same caliber beers every time you come into Henry’s. But we do not and will not ever pasteurize our fine lagers and ales. This diabolical process kills the yeast which in turn destroys the character, offering a mundane and inferior product that is so common in the “Mega Brews”.
Finally, taking every single production detail into account, we blend the worlds of art and science excellence in a glass. So I can promise you a superior quality beer, month in month out, week upon week, and day to day. Here at Henry’s you will always find the height of freshness and perfection on the Bund.
Cheers Friends, Gary Heyne~
